This means we can engrave/etch our materials much faster than traditional rotary engraving and when combined with the latest in materials we’re able to achieve a much higher quality finish with finer detail.

TRAFFOLYTE LABELS
Our Engraved Traffolyte Labels are exceptionally durable and can be attached by screws or double-sided adhesive, Traffolyte is made up of multiple layers of different coloured plastics, which means the engraved sections will be a contrasting colour to the label itself. Traffolyte Labels are UV stable, weather resistant and resistant to various chemicals, providing a tough labelling solution for any business. Traffolyte is commonly used for switchboard labels and electrical equipment labels. The perfect solution for HVAC labels, GPO labels and small identification labels. We can create and customise various, sizes, shapes and colours.

Laser Engraved Stainless Steel Labels are a cost efficient and time saving solution, laser engraving results in a clean and highly visible labelling system. At Base Labels we use a high-quality grade (316) of stainless steel for our labels which is cut to order. We do stock some common sizes. Stainless Steel labels are extreme weather, UV, corrosion, chemical resistant and long lasting. Using our European standard Trotec Laser equipment the technical accuracy of the engraving lets you create labels that complement any aesthetic.
